Property Decorating is the website and blog of Adrian Rayfield, professional painter and decorator since 1993.

Based in Southend on Sea and working with both residential, private and commercial customers in the local area. I cover Southend, Wakering, Rochford and Thorpe Bay area together with other parts of the south east region of Essex.

My website has information about my decorating services, including details of my interior and exterior painting and decorating.

My services cover all aspects of work from preparation to finishing, wallpapering and painting, feature walls and complimentary colours themes, staining, varnishing for both home decorating and commercial properties, I even clean up and vacuum afterwards!

I offer a professional, friendly service, causing you the client the least possible inconvenience whilst I am working in your home or property.

Interiors

From painting the walls in your lounge to wallpapering your featured wall in a romantic bedroom or adding a funky fun feel to a teenagers study, I offer a full range of interior decorating services. These include me visiting your premises for an on site estimate, where we can discuss your requirements and help you source the materials, i.e emulsion, gloss and satinwood paints. If you prefer to source your own paints and wallpaper then my online resources maybe of assistance, my calculator pages, include both wallpaper and paint coverage calculators, plus the property decorating blog has many articles and "How to articles" on decorating and DIY topics.

Exteriors

My exterior painting season runs throughout the summer months and I start estimating in the Spring for the coming season. I still do interior work in this period too, allowing for the weather!

Exterior work can be small or large jobs, I am happy to just paint your front door, an extension maybe or paint / stain the fascia and soffits, masonry and do the full works.
